This awareness has led companies into keeping their projects more eco friendly, environment friendly, green and sustainable focusing on reducing its effects on nature. Property managers who provide property management services are now forced to adopt technologies which consume less energy, use renewable energy sources and also use the energy efficiently while also making use of the materials in waste management. 

Predictive maintenance 

Another popular trend followed in 2024 is predictive maintenance. Predictive maintenance is a strategy used by analyzing the information about the building which include the types of materials used, quality of the materials and when the building was made etc. This is done to get an idea of when certain things in the building will malfunction and after analyzing, the soon to malfunction material or technologies are either serviced or replaced to prevent any inconveniences which might happen from replacing that material late.
